Heat, Cacao & Sound: Three Mexican Rituals to Reset Body and Mind

Heat, Cacao & Sound: Three Mexican Rituals to Reset Body and Mind

Because adventure isn’t only outward—it’s inward too.

1. Temazcal Tonatiu Iquzayampa · Tepoztlán, Morelos

Náhuatl for “house of heat,” this dome uses volcanic rock and herb infusions. Sweat with locals, then cool under a mountain spring.

2. Cacao Ceremony · Casa Laha · San Pancho, Nayarit

Guided by Mayan-trained facilitators, you drink stone-ground cacao while drumming syncs the group’s heartbeat.

3. Ocean-Side Sound Bath · Hotel Calibra · Oaxaca Coast

Quartz bowls resonate with Pacific waves; sunset turns the sand rose-gold. You’ll leave lighter than foam on tide.

Pack light, breathe lighter

Loose linen, Huarache sandals, refillable water bottle. Espiritu crafts footwear for journeys outward and inward—grounded, but never heavy.

SIZE & FIT

For huarache sizing we use whole numbers, so we recommend rounding down (i.e. if you’re a 9.5 get a 9).

Our leather and designs are made to stretch and mold around your feet to perfectly hug them for a snug fit.
